Directions:
- Place the strawberries, sliced banana, Greek yoghurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed. If it’s too tart, add a little more honey or sweetener of your choice.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is chilled.
- Pour the strawberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim or a slice of banana if desired.
